Hello,
We’re moving our inventory to a new fulfillment partner in the Midwest. To make sure every order ships on time, we’re pausing ordering on the website while we move, rather than taking payment for orders that might wait.
What this means for your orders:
- Orders placed before Friday, October 30, 11:00 AM Mountain ship from our current warehouse as usual.
- At that time we’ll pause ordering. You can still browse and fill your cart, but checkout will be closed.
- We’ll reopen as soon as the new warehouse is set up and shipping. We’re planning for early November, tentatively Monday, November 2. We’ll update this page and the site banner when ordering reopens.
- If you need something soon, please order before the pause.
- Shipping prices don’t change: free on orders of $300 or more, $30 flat below that.
- Some products may show as out of stock for a few days after we reopen while the last of our inventory arrives. The “notify me” option on the product page emails you when an item is back.
- The products don’t change. Same lots, same third-party test results on our How We Test page, and the same items in every order. Your package may look a little different.
If an order placed before the pause hasn’t shipped by Wednesday, November 4, contact us through Support at the top of the site with your order number and we’ll look into it.
