Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of PGB Sciences, LLC’s (“PGB,” “we,” “us,” “our”) Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns/Refunds/Reship Policy, Research Use Disclaimer, and any other policy posted by PGB (collectively, the “Policies”). If this Policy conflicts with any other Policy, PGB may apply the more restrictive provision to protect research-use-only compliance, customer eligibility, product integrity, and lawful distribution.

PGB products are research-use-only materials for lawful in vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals in controlled research settings. They are not for human or animal consumption, in vivo use, clinical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, cosmetic use, wellness use, or any form of administration. By accessing the PGB website, creating an account, communicating with PGB, participating in any testing program, or purchasing, possessing, handling, transferring, or using any PGB product, you agree that you will not:

Product handling and integrity

  • Administer, dose, ingest, inhale, inject, infuse, implant, apply topically, feed, provide, compound, prepare, formulate, or otherwise use or facilitate the use of any PGB product in or on any human or animal, whether for research, self-experimentation, veterinary, therapeutic, cosmetic, wellness, performance, diagnostic, clinical, or any other in vivo purpose.
  • Resell, distribute, broker, advertise, supply, or transfer PGB products for any non-research purpose, or in any form represented, suggested, intended, packaged, labeled, or reasonably likely to be used for human or animal consumption, in vivo use, clinical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, cosmetic use, wellness use, compounding, or administration.
  • Reconstitute, solubilize, aliquot, dilute, combine, compound, repackage, relabel, rebottle, subdivide, or otherwise modify any PGB product for resale, redistribution, sampling, gifting, onward transfer, administration, or use by any person or entity other than the qualified purchaser for lawful in vitro research.
  • Remove, alter, obscure, replace, detach, or omit any batch number, lot number, certificate of analysis reference, research-use-only label, safety or handling statement, packaging identifier, storage instruction, or other chain-of-custody or product-identifying information on or accompanying PGB products.

Account, identity, and access

  • Share your account credentials, transfer your account, use another person’s account, create accounts on behalf of undisclosed third parties, or permit any other person to access or use your account. Each account is for a single qualified individual researcher, laboratory professional, or authorized institutional representative.
  • Use the PGB website, create an account, place an order, receive products, or participate in any PGB program if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise lack legal capacity to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction, regardless of any representations made during account creation or checkout.
  • Misrepresent, omit, falsify, or fail to update your identity, age, jurisdiction, billing or shipping information, payment authorization, research purpose, intended use, qualifications, laboratory or business status, institutional affiliation, authority to purchase, or eligibility in any interaction with PGB or in connection with any account, order, verification request, shipment, return, refund, reshipment, support inquiry, or testing submission.
  • Use PGB, route payments, use intermediaries, freight forwarders, mail drops, reshippers, false addresses, or ship or attempt to ship products to any jurisdiction where access, importation, exportation, possession, purchase, sale, or delivery is restricted, prohibited, or not supported by PGB, including any U.S. state or country where PGB does not ship.
  • Circumvent, evade, disable, manipulate, or attempt to circumvent any security feature, identity or age verification, eligibility review, jurisdiction restriction, sanctions or export-control screening, order limit, rate limit, payment review, address block, account suspension, testing-program requirement, or other access control or compliance measure on the PGB website or relating to PGB.

Brand, representation, and content

  • Use, copy, crop, alter, scrape, reproduce, publish, distribute, incorporate, or rely on PGB trademarks, logos, product names, testing data, certificates of analysis, product images, labels, website content, or other PGB brand assets without our prior written consent, including in retail listings, resale, marketing materials, third-party marketplace pages, social media, comparison charts, laboratory reports, or any context implying endorsement, affiliation, authenticity, chain of custody, product equivalence, or authorization that does not exist.
  • Make, publish, solicit, amplify, or assist statements, reviews, testimonials, instructions, dosing information, protocols, before-and-after content, claims, advertisements, or other content suggesting, endorsing, instructing, or facilitating human or animal use of PGB products in any medium, including forums, social media, video, messaging platforms, marketplaces, or private groups, or implying therapeutic, medical, diagnostic, performance, bodybuilding, weight-management, anti-aging, cosmetic, wellness, fertility, cognitive, sexual-health, veterinary, or disease-related benefits.
  • Post, publish, submit, or distribute false, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, manipulated, or unverifiable statements, images, documents, laboratory reports, certificates, screenshots, claims, or metadata about PGB, our products, our testing program, our compliance practices, or our team, whether on PGB’s website, third-party platforms, social media, marketplaces, forums, payment disputes, chargeback submissions, regulator reports, or any other medium.

Testing program integrity

  • Submit, substitute, tamper with, contaminate, adulterate, mislabel, relabel, commingle, dilute, reconstitute, degrade, conceal chain of custody for, or misrepresent samples in PGB’s testing programs, including samples not originating from a verified PGB purchase, samples transferred through unauthorized resale or redistribution, duplicate or coordinated submissions designed to distort results, or any attempt to influence, pressure, precondition, suppress, selectively publish, or manipulate test results through improper means.

Payment, order, and verification conduct

  • Engage in payment fraud, card testing, unauthorized payment use, use of stolen or synthetic identities, transaction-reversal abuse, chargeback abuse, refund fraud, coupon or promotion abuse, order-splitting to avoid limits, address or package-forwarding abuse, false claims of non-receipt, tampering, damage, contamination, product defect, missing items, or other misrepresentations to obtain orders, refunds, replacements, reshipments, credits, discounts, testing access, or store credit you are not entitled to.

Service operations and legal compliance

  • Use PGB, our website, our communications channels, our testing program, or our products in violation of any applicable federal, state, local, or international law, regulation, or in connection with any activity that PGB reasonably believes to be illegal, harmful, unsafe, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or inconsistent with research-use-only distribution.
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, train models on, monitor, reverse engineer, or otherwise extract data, pricing, availability, product information, certificates, testing data, account information, or security or compliance signals from the PGB website or systems by automated means, bulk requests, bots, scripts, browser automation, or other non-manual methods without prior written authorization.
  • Interfere with, probe, scan, burden, disrupt, degrade, or attempt unauthorized access to the PGB website, our infrastructure, payment or fulfillment systems, verification tools, testing workflows, support channels, or the experience, security, privacy, or compliance status of other members, customers, laboratories, service providers, or PGB personnel.

Consequences, reporting, and enforcement

PGB may investigate suspected violations, request information or documentation, refuse service, place orders on hold, preserve relevant records, and report or disclose information as permitted by law and PGB’s Privacy Policy. Violation of this Policy is grounds for:

  • Immediate suspension, limitation, or termination of your account; denial of verification; refusal of future service; and a permanent ban from creating new PGB accounts, purchasing products, or participating in PGB programs
  • Cancellation, rejection, hold, return-to-sender, or refusal of pending or future orders with no refund where permitted by law, and forfeiture or reversal of accumulated store credit, discounts, promotions, refunds, replacements, or reshipments obtained through abuse or misrepresentation
  • Referral, disclosure, complaint, or report to law enforcement, regulatory authorities, customs or import/export authorities, payment processors, payment network operators, fraud-prevention providers, carriers, marketplaces, platforms, laboratories, institutional contacts, or other appropriate third parties
  • Civil action, equitable relief, takedown requests, intellectual-property enforcement, indemnity claims, collection activity, and other remedies to recover damages and enforce PGB’s rights, including recovery of reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs where available

PGB reserves the right to determine suspected or actual violations of this Policy in our sole discretion, to consider patterns of conduct across accounts, orders, communications, payment instruments, addresses, devices, and related parties, and to take preventive action before a shipment is released where PGB reasonably believes misuse, diversion, fraud, unlawful conduct, or non-research use may occur. You must promptly report suspected unauthorized account access, product diversion, counterfeit or altered PGB materials, misuse of PGB content or testing data, or any human or animal use or adverse event involving a PGB product to PGB at the contact address stated in the Terms and Conditions.

Updates to this Policy

PGB may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, research-use-only compliance practices, verification requirements, payment or fraud controls, testing-program rules, product-handling expectations, or other business needs. Material changes will be communicated to active account holders via email, account notice, checkout notice, or posting on the PGB website with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued access to the PGB website, account use, communications with PGB, participation in testing programs, or purchase, possession, handling, transfer, or use of PGB products after any update constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy and the incorporated Terms and Policies.
